Why seek a change in ownership?
We saw synergies in our missions and an opportunity for CTLF to thrive. When we looked at our long-term goals, everything lined up. Conversations emerged from the place of possibility, and we collectively decided that this shift would be best for each individual company, the members, and the communities we serve. In short — more is more. It means that we will be able to continue to bring thought leadership and HEART-level programming to our community with new resources and greater potential for impact across the state.
What does this mean for the CTLF community?
It means that we will be able to continue to bring thought leadership and HEART-level programming to our community with new resources and greater potential for impact across the state.
Does my CTLF membership change?
No. Your membership type and renewal date will stay the same.
How do you see this change benefiting me as a CTLF member?
CTLF will have more options to continue to add value to your membership as we grow our rich programs and events. Also, there will be opportunities to expand your network as you meet like-minded leaders from the existing CiviCO community. And, from program meetings to monthly member events, we will have a home! The location at CiviCO is the perfect setting for engaging connection and content experiences.
What will happen to current programs (Personal Development Forum, Strategic Connections, Thrive, and WiseWomen)?
- All CTLF organized program meetings will continue their current schedule
- Any meetings held at Class VI Partners offices will likely be moved for December
- All members will be informed of any specific changes that apply to their program or group, but we are making every effort to minimize disruption
What will happen to scheduled events?
HEART for the Holidays event on November 16 will be canceled and ticket purchases will be refunded. We plan to reschedule the 15th anniversary celebration to January 17 at our new location at CiviCO!
If you donated to Wish for Wheels, your thoughtful contribution will still help build a bike! The Class VI Partners Foundation is generously donating our $5600 goal amount to Wish for Wheels to ensure 2nd graders receive bikes.
WiseWomen events will continue as scheduled.
We are working on an exciting line-up of events for 2024 and will be sharing details as they are finalized.
What will happen to CEO Forum?
Class VI Pathfinder will be presenting the CEO Forum going forward. If interested, please refer to their website and contact them for more information here.
What does this mean for the CTLF team?
Xan, Leslie, and Lindy will continue their roles with CTLF. Additionally, Xan will be serving as Chair of the Board for CTLF.
When will I know more?
