About Stephanie Knight
Stephanie Knight is the current CEO of Colorado Inclusive Economy (CIE) and has been at the helm of the organization since April 2023. As the CEO, with a short tenure of only ten months, she has refocused the nonprofit and created a robust roadmap and strategic plan for the growth and expansion of CIE and hosted one of the most impactful and well attended Annual Summit events (October 2023) engaging a global DEI expert. Her vision for the organization includes more potent learning journey pathways, a CEO annual DEI immersive facilitated experience, a CIE proprietary job marketplace with an exceptional experience for candidates of color, and a CEO Circle that will propel a level of thought leadership for the future of a globally diverse workforce.
Stephanie drives to effect change in the spaces where she has lived and worked. She is an avid community volunteer, who enjoys the outdoors, reads leadership books incessantly and binges on reality tv in her spare time. She has been a mentor for young professional sand girls for the following organizations, the YWCA and Girls Inc. Even today she mentors two female entrepreneurs and makes herself available to assist them with client relations, product development and contracting to further enable the success of their individual ventures.
Stephanie is married to her best friend, a software product professional, who loves to hike and camp, and they have one adult son, who is a true creative, extreme sports enthusiast and lover of culinary arts.

About Anthony (Tony) Cerrone
Tony Cerrone is the Vice President Community Manager of Westminster for JP Morgan Chase. His 28 years of experience in the banking industry allowed him to develop in-depth and robust partnerships with the community, which positively impacted those communities and the company’s brand awareness.
Tony is a trilingual (English/Spanish/Italian) banking executive with a degree in Business Management. Tony has a passion for helping employees/clients succeed financially.

Maxine E. Harris is the Founder and President of Maxx Impact Group, a purpose-driven consulting firm that provides innovative, sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility programs and solutions. to establish and enhance supplier diversity programs, diverse corporate culture, social responsibility and community impact.
Maxine is a gifted strategist who is passionate and skilled at developing socially responsible programs and initiatives that incorporate key elements for the enhancement and advancement of both her clients as well as for the community of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs), underrepresented communities and disenfranchised individuals.

About Trevor Freel
Trevor Freel is the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition for Pinnacol Assurance. Trevor is a multi-talented Corporate Recruiter, knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources. He is a proven leader with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
