Dave Johnson, Managing Partner, C Squared Solutions

With a deeply rich history in software, engineering, retail, manufacturing, construction and consulting, Dave is currently the Managing Partner with C Squared Solutions. Dave possesses 30 years of hands-on management experience from such companies as KPMG, Sprint, Bank of America and more. In addition to industry experience, Dave also has a substantial academic background with a BA from the University of Washington, an MBA from the University of California-Berkely, an MPA and PhD from the University of Southern California, and an active CPA license in Washington.

Having been the CEO of four companies (two privately owned and two publicly traded), and CFO of five public companies, Dave is widely known for his developed talents in forming successful strategic and implementation plans. As Dave puts it:

“This success is accomplished through rolling up the sleeves and getting into the details!”

Dave has been described as a leader, teacher, mentor and problem solver who has experienced high growth and turn-around situations. He produces teams with remarkably high morale, who are known for hitting measurable goals and always being on time. Through his mentorship, Dave has led these teams through innovation and continued successes over the years.
