In early April, CTLF was thrilled to welcome Robert Ham as a fulltime addition to our team. Robert now serves as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to his role at CTLF, Robert spent 15 years in nonprofit development, most recently as the Director of Donor Relations for Family Tree. He also held leadership positions at Mile High United Way and Colorado Youth for a Change, and he managed the marketing and events for Urban Peak. Along with his nonprofit development experience, Robert was Managing Director for Extra Strength Marketing Communications and Director of Business Development for Karsh/Hagan and Penso Entertainment.
Robert’s love of others and desire to help makes his superpower the ability to deeply connect with people, making his role at CTLF a perfect fit! He greatly values the opportunity to meet with leaders in our community, to work to understand their needs and motivations, and to engage them in the important work of CTLF.
Robert currently serves on the Development Committee for Family Tree. When he’s not meeting with every leader he can, Robert enjoys playing golf, playwriting, running and exercising, and spending time with his friends and family, especially his wife, Kathleen and son, Mason.
